Exchange & Return

Here you can find an overview of our exchange and return policy.

For information on returning an order with a free gift, please read "Returns" below.

Within 14 days after you receive the order, you can EXCHANGE or RETURN your products by filling out our online Send Email to us.

 

Please note: Your order number or name must be visible on your package so that we can allocate your exchange or return accordingly. Please also enclose the completed revocation form or the delivery note so that our warehouse can process the package.

 

Exchange

As of right now we only offer exchanges into different sizes of the same article. So if you ordered "Article A" in size M but it appears to be too small for you, you can exchange "Article A" into a size L.

To do so please Send Email to us and tell us which article you'd like to have exchanged and what size you would like to receive instead. Just send us email, put it into your return package and send it to our warehouse address, that's stated below.

Please note, that you have to bear the shipping costs of the return. In return we will ship the new article/size for free!

The exchange of an article into a different one is not possible right now. So if you ordered "Article A" but would rather prefer "Article B", you can't use our exchange service (even if the two articles have the same monetary value).

 

 

Return

If you would like to return part or all of your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the first 14 days after receipt of the goods, without giving any reason, and send your package back to our warehouse. After your return, you will be refunded the amount of your invoice.

Returning Free Gifts: We can only refund your return if you return all Free Gifts below the minimum order value. If the Free Gifts are missing from your return, we will not be able to process your return and will have to wait for your return. We offer the free gifts as part of marketing campaigns that are linked to the purchase of goods or the total purchase price of an order.

To make use of this, please use our cancellation form and tell us which items you would like to return. You can get this from our service team and send it by e-mail to service@gymaesthetics.com. You will receive your refund via the same payment method you used for your original order.

Please note that you will have to pay the shipping costs for the return to our warehouse in case of a cancellation. However, the original shipping costs will be refunded to you!

We reserve the right to charge the original shipping costs if the value of the order after deduction of the return is less than 100 Euros (Germany).

Please try to ensure that your return reaches us within the 14 day period after you have completed the cancellation form. In order to constantly improve our service and our products, it would be great if you could send us your feedback on the cancellation form or by e-mail.
