Exchange and Return
Here you can find an overview of our exchange and return policy
Within 14 days after you receive the order, you can EXCHANGE or RETURN your products by filling out our online RETURN FORM, then send the package back to our warehouse at the below address:

Please state your order ID on your package.
Request ID: (You will obtain this ID upon successful submission of your return form)
(!) Remember to put your Request ID on the package. Without this number, we cannot know whom this return belong to!
As of right now we only offer exchanges into different sizes of the same article. So if you ordered "Article A" in size M but it appears to be too small for you, you can exchange "Article A" into a size L.
To do so please use our RETURN FORM and tell us which article you'd like to have exchanged and what size you would like to receive instead. Just fill out the return form, put it into your return package and send it to our warehouse address, that's stated below.
Please note, that you have to bear the shipping costs of the return. In return we will ship the new article/size for free!
The exchange of an article into a different one is not possible right now. So if you ordered "Article A" but would rather prefer "Article B", you can't use our exchange service (even if the two articles have the same monetary value).
But you can, of course, always make use of your RIGHT OF REVOCATION. That means you can send the article back within 14 days after you received your order to request for a refund.
If you want to return an item or the entire order, you may always make use of your RIGHT OF REVOCATION within 14 days after you receive your order.
To do so please use our RETURN FORM, tell us which article you'd like to return and how we shall process your refund. Please make sure your return package arrives at our warehouse within 14 days after you submit the request. To improve our products and service, please feel free to give us feedbacks in the form.
