Digital Channel Sales Manager - Europe
GYM AESTHETICS is a young and fresh company based in Stuttgart. As a sportswear brand, which is mainly active in e-commerce, we are currently in the phase of rapid growth in the German market, but at the same time we want to expand internationally. To support our team, we are therefore looking for a Digital Channel Sales Manager with immediate effect.
Your tasks in detail:
- You will coordinate product feeds, content and sales strategies between our marketing team and online retailers.
- You will develop a regional and international strategy for the expansion of digital channels
- You decide which online dealers/marketplaces are to be integrated and determine which products are to be sold there.
- You are responsible for the pricing strategy and sales performance of the product lines and ensure that the overall strategy of the company is taken into account.
- You discover new cooperation opportunities, negotiate terms and conditions and monitor their results.
- You will work closely with the e-commerce team to create a smooth cooperation and order processing process.
What you should bring along:
- At least 5 years of experience with B2B channels in the fitness or fashion apparel sector in Europe, which have proven to lead to increased market share and growing sales.
- Previous experience with digital traders/marketplaces such as Amazon, Zalando and Co. would be an advantage.
- Preferably you have already worked in a start-up and are used to the atmosphere there.
- You should speak fluent German and English. Other European languages would be desirable.
